I was on my mobile network at the time. The problem was that ipv6 support was disabled on my router, enabling it fixed the issue.

it's setup and mostly working except that I can't work out why Flask isn't seeing that jsonparser is installed (according to the error log it isn't)

But if so then I suggest we add the IP to the mirahezebots.org round robin.
